The copyright of generated content belongs to the platform user who created it. All content works on this platform are for user exchange, learning, and sharing purposes only. Since the platform does not own the copyright to such content, commercial use requires authorization from the copyright owner and compliance with relevant national laws and regulations. If disputes arise from the illegal use of others' images, the user shall bear all consequences.
We will make commercially reasonable efforts to protect users' device resources, communication privacy, and data integrity. However, users acknowledge and agree that we do not provide any guarantees in this regard. Based on users' usage and behavior, we may develop or adjust software features to improve functionality, user experience, and service quality. To ensure business development and operational autonomy, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue software services at any time without prior notice to users.
Under no circumstances shall we or our partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages and risks arising from the use or inability to use this software. In the event of technical failures or other force majeure events affecting the normal operation of the service, we and our partners will make every effort to cooperate with relevant parties for prompt resolution and restoration. However, we shall not be responsible for any losses incurred by users as a result.
