By using this product, your actions will be considered as acceptance of all the terms outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this agreement or are unable to accurately understand the meaning of any clause, please refrain from proceeding further.
1. Service Content The specific services provided by this product include, but are not limited to, AI dialogue, multi-model response comparison, and other related functions and services. This product reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part of the network services. The company reserves the right to adjust the types and forms of services provided by the product at any time based on actual circumstances. This product shall not be held liable for any losses incurred by users due to such service adjustments.
2. Registration and Account Management Obligations The company shall not be held responsible for any user's registration information, including but not limited to verifying the authenticity, accuracy, completeness, suitability, and/or timeliness of any registration details. You agree and promise that:
(a)Your account information within this product must not contain any illegal or harmful content.
(b)You shall not register an account in the name of another person without their permission, nor engage in malicious registrations.
(c)Your account is strictly for your personal use only. Without the company's prior written consent, you are prohibited from gifting, lending, renting, transferring, selling, or otherwise permitting others to use the account in any form.
If the company discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that the account user does not match the initial registrant, the company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to the registered account without prior notice and may deactivate the account.
3. Privacy Protection Protecting user privacy is a fundamental principle of this product. The company employs technical measures, provides privacy protection service features, and strengthens internal management to fully safeguard the security of users' personal information. This privacy statement applies to all related services of this product. As the scope of the product's services expands, the content of the privacy statement may be updated by the product at any time without prior notice. Once the updated privacy statement is published on the website, it will effectively replace the previous version. The company strictly protects the security of your personal information. We use various security technologies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of your personal information. The company will disclose your personal information only when required by law or in accordance with the relevant user agreements or software license agreements of this product, or when there is sufficient reason to believe that such action is necessary to: (a) Comply with the explicit provisions of laws or administrative regulations, or conform to legal procedures applicable to this product; (b) Fulfill the terms of the relevant user agreements or software license agreements of this product; (c) Protect the rights or property of the company, and in emergency situations, safeguard the personal safety of the company's employees, users of the product or services, or the general public. The company will not share this information with third parties without your permission, except for the circumstances listed above in this statement.
4. Community Guidelines When using the services of this product, users must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to the Regulations on the Security Protection of Computer Information Systems of the People's Republic of China, the Computer Software Protection Regulations, the Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in the Trial of Cases Involving Copyright Disputes over Computer Networks (Fa Shi [2004] No. 1), the Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Maintaining Internet Security, the Administrative Provisions on Internet Electronic Bulletin Services, the Administrative Provisions on Internet News Information Services, the Administrative Measures for the Protection of Internet Copyright, the Regulations on the Protection of the Right to Network Dissemination of Information, and the Administrative Provisions on Internet User Public Account Information Services, as well as other laws, regulations, and implementation measures related to computer internet and intellectual property rights.
If a user violates any national laws or regulations or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party during use, the company reserves the right to directly remove such non-compliant content. Unless a separate contract is signed with the company, the content of this product may not be used for commercial purposes; this product is for personal use only. Users may not create accounts through automated means or use automated systems to perform operations on accounts. Actions by users that affect the overall stability or integrity of the system may be suspended or terminated until the issue is resolved.
By registering as a user, you agree to enter into an agreement with the company and fully accept all the terms under this user agreement. The right to interpret, modify, and update the disclaimer belongs solely to the company.
(a) The company shall not bear any legal liability for the leakage of personal information caused by your sharing of your user password or registered account with others, or for any other leakage of personal information not attributable to the company;
(b) The company shall not bear any legal liability for disputes arising from any third party's use of your personal information in accordance with the circumstances specified in the company's user agreement;
(c) The company shall not bear any legal liability for any temporary website shutdown caused by hacker attacks, computer virus intrusions, or government regulations.
5.Service Modification, Interruption, or Termination In special circumstances or when required by relevant government authorities, the company reserves the right to directly disable or deactivate user accounts in accordance with the requirements of the competent authorities. If it is necessary to suspend network services or adjust service functions due to system maintenance or upgrades, the company will make every effort to provide prior notice. Under any of the following circumstances, the company reserves the right to unilaterally interrupt or terminate services to users without prior notice: (a) The personal information provided by the user is untrue; (b) The user violates the usage rules stipulated in this user agreement; (c) The user engages in actions that affect the overall stability or integrity of the system; (d) The platform is used for commercial purposes without the company's prior written consent.
6.Improvement and Modification of the User Agreement The company reserves the right to improve and modify the user agreement from time to time in response to the development of the internet and changes in relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. The company retains the right to amend the user agreement at any time. When using the platform's services, users are advised to carefully read and reconfirm the latest version of the user agreement. In the event of any disputes, the latest version of the user agreement shall prevail.
Special Provisions： If a user's use of the service violates any national laws or regulations or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, the company reserves the right to directly remove such non-compliant information and may suspend or terminate the provision of services to the user. If a user engages in any illegal or infringing activities using the service, the user shall bear full responsibility, and the company shall not be held liable for any legal or joint liability. The user shall be responsible for full compensation for any losses caused to the company or any third party as a result.
